In the fall of 2024, our beloved New River Calvary Church was devastated by Hurricane Helene. Floodwaters caused significant damage to our sanctuary, fellowship hall, and outdoor structures. This sacred space—standing strong for 111 years, having survived two fires and two major floods—has long been a place of solace, worship, and support for the Fleetwood community.

Now, we need your help.

Through God’s provision, our church has been able to purchase property directly behind the current building—on higher ground. Plans are underway to relocate the sanctuary and build a new addition that will serve our church and community for generations to come. This new facility will include:

  • A large, multi-purpose fellowship area for meals, gatherings, and recreational events

  • Handicapped-accessible restrooms with showers for emergency shelter and mission teams

  • A fully equipped kitchen

  • Two large classrooms for Bible studies, meetings, and outreach

We invite you to be part of this powerful story of faith and restoration.
