KIDS & YOUTH
At New River Calvary, we love our kids and youth! We believe they are an important part of the church today—not just the future — and we encourage their involvement in worship through serving as ushers, helping lead the Affirmation of Faith, and more.

​Each Sunday at 9:00 AM, children gather for Sunday School, where they learn about God’s Word in a fun and meaningful way. We also host Bible “Boot Camp,” a hands-on experience where kids grow in their
knowledge of Jesus Christ, the books of the Bible, and what it means to serve others.
​
Beyond Sunday mornings, our children and youth stay active with trips and adventures—whether it’s the beach, Grandfather Mountain, The Ark Encounter, hiking trails, or other exciting destinations. These times allow us to explore God’s creation together, share the love of Jesus, and see how the Lord is at work in the world around us.
